This was an iconic restaurant for many, many years. We will refer to it as Return of the Alamo. It has been closed for many years and it is waiting for a new tenant to come in and make it their own.

Parking is abundant with over 50 spots and there is room to expand that as well.

The building was shuttered for a number of reasons, primarily due to a bad septic system. We are working towards hooking up to city sewer. The interior has been all but gutted, no ceilings, lights or A/C so that it can
